Strawberry Topped Chia (Individual Cups)

A delicious, nutrient-packed chia pudding topped with fresh strawberry puree and crunchy grain-free granola. Perfect for meal prep!

Ingredients (Per Serving)

2 tbsp organic chia

1/2 cup grass-fed whole milk

3 tbsp grass-fed yogurt

1/4 tsp alcohol-free vanilla extract

1-2 tsp pure organic grade A maple syrup

2 strawberries

1 tbsp grain-free granola (optional)

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix grass-fed whole milk and grass-fed yogurt until well combined.

2. Add vanilla extract and maple syrup, stirring thoroughly.

3. Stir in chia seeds and mix well. Let sit for one minute, then stir again to prevent clumping.

4. Pour into individual cups and refrigerate overnight.

5. In the morning, blend strawberries into a puree and spoon over the chia mixture.

6. Top with grain-free granola if desired.
